Then the federal government borrows the same money back from the banks at a higher interest-rate.
Then the government takes your tax money to pay the banks.
Taxes, on the population and the illusion of federal deficits have been, obsolete for over 100 years.
The federal government has the power to set the value of the currency.
This system gives the government unlimited spending within the Nation.
Providing all goods and services it buys are produced solely in Canada
This system does NOT cost tax payers anything it will be directly funded by the Bank of Canada
IF YOU EARN UNDER $100,000 MOST OF YOUR TAX MONEY GOES TO PAYING THE BANKS.
THE SYSTEM IS designed, to keep the banks and politicians rich, with your money.
People who are addicted to the greed and illusion of money should not be allowed to manage the economy.
Changing the income tax system and rates will create almost 5 million jobs, rebuild the infrastructure, modernize and expand all social systems and pay off all federal, provincial and municipal debuts within 3 years.
And eliminate income tax under $100,000 income.
A nationwide price cap must be put into place and enforced.
This will end all inflation and keep prices from going up.
It takes only 2 pieces of paper to make all these changes possible and a government with integrity and honesty.
Abolish Federal and Provincial income taxes
We will put an end to taxes for people earning less than $100,000 per year.
The changes to the tax system and how governments are financed will make this possible.
We will eliminate federal and provincial income tax, on income less than $100,000 per year.
This will be the Tax rates for Canadian citizens and landed immigrants.
The changes to the income tax system, simplifies taxes, there will be no deductions, and flat fixed tax rates.
Corporate income tax 75% on global revenues
Corporate net worth tax $10 million exemption on global assets,
10 – 20 million 1%
20 -30 million 3%
Over $30 million $5% per year.
Employee owned corporations and businesses, and all Family fisheries and farms will be exempt.
Personal tax rate on global revenues
$0 - $100,000 tax-free,
$100,000 to $200,000 - 45 %,
$200,000 to $300,000 - 65 %,
Over $300,000, 90 %
Farmers and Fishermen will receive income tax exemption, up to $300,000.
Personal net worth tax rate on global assets 5%.
Capital gains tax
Personal, exemption up to $1,000,000 during a lifetime.
Over $1 million capital gains tax rate 90%.
Inheritance tax.
$5 million exemption over $5 million $90%
$10 million exemption for family owned fisheries, farmers and food producers and small business.
Non Canadian citizen, who are not Landed Immigrants or seasonal workers-- income tax 90 %
Foreign investors 90%
Tax exemptions apply only to Canadian citizens and landed immigrants.
Masters in our own house
The NNPP system will replace foreign investment with interest free loans to Canadian business and grants employee owned companies by the Bank of Canada.
The loans and grants from the Bank of Canada will be 100 times the amount invested by foreign investors and make Canadians, Masters in our own house.
Interest free home mortgages, no down payment. Income based payments, regardless of income.

A total ban all government subsidies for Commercial Corporation.
A permanent, ban on all lobbyists.
Lobbyist and the corrupt politicians that support the Lobbyist undermine democracy and sell-out the people for money. They are the worst criminals in the land, they destroy society for greed.
This ban will apply to federal provincial and municipal governments and agency without exception.
Lobbyist are the people and companies that bride politicians and civil servants so they and their money men can get rich off the backs of hard working honest Canadians.
Any person, who pays or employs an individual or company to bribe, (lobbies) a politician or civil servant will receive the following penalty.
Not less than 25 years in prison without, parole and a 100 % net worth fine.
Any person hired as a lobbyist will receive not less than 10 years in prison and 100% net worth fine.
Stock market, commodity, futures, options and currency trading.
The fowling system changes will reduce the price of consumer products by 30% to 65% everything from food to gas and put an end to inflation.
Stocks will be allowed to be sold only six months after their purchase.
A permanent ban, on all commodity trading, stock futures, stock short contracts, futures trading, currency trading, Bond trading mortgage and any type, of contract trading. Don't Panic this system will save you money.
All commodities can be sold only to producers.
The purpose of companies selling stock was to raise investment money so the company can grow and increase production.
Now the stock market is a casino, controlled by large investors and manipulated by them.
Small investors routinely lose their money, savings and pensions.
The current system reduces investment money for companies.
This Increases the cost of all goods and services in the Country.
This forces small companies, out of business and Cause an unstable economic and labour market.

All senior management of a corporation business or partnership will be financially and criminally responsible for the actions of the corporation.
All stockholders holding more than one 1/1,000th of 1% of the stock in a corporation will be financially liable for the actions of the company.
Small stockholders holding less than one the 1/1000 of 1% of the stock in the company will be exempt from all criminal prosecution and financial responsibility.
Small stockholders have no control over the actions of the company.
Stock voting rules.
All stock in all corporations will be voting stock.
All stockholders in a corporation will have one vote, regardless of the amount of stock they own, true democracy.
Commercial, Banking and lending.
Maximum interest rates for personal loans, credit cards, car loans, retail financing, furniture and appliances, home mortgages, cash advances or any type of personal loan or financing 5%.
Service and transactions fees are not permitted on loans or financing under $25,000.
This includes credit check fees, loan application fees, processing fees and a thousand other types that banks will try to create.
Bankcard, credit card or check processing fees maximum of 25¢ per transaction.
No membership, annual, preferred service, fees or charges.
Fair pricing, for small business & equal opportunity for all, not just the rich.
Protecting small businesses & consumers from corporate monopolies and saving Canadians 10’s of billions.
70% of all jobs are created by small business and are the foundation of communities.
All suppliers, manufactures, importers and all business will be required to sell to small business at the same unit price as they sell to large costumers.
All orders will be based on single item or single case.
All producers and importers will be required to make all their products available to all wholesale and retail outlets.
The minimum order can be no larger than one item. Processing, shipping and handling fees will be based on a per unit price, regardless of volume, they will be equal. (The same % per item) Exclusive dealership will be permanently banned. This will include all commercial operations including sports and entertainment organizations.
Tax shelters.
Closing the loops holes in Canadian laws created by the politicians Revenue Canada will be able to reclaim about Four Hundred Billion Dollars ($400,000,000,000) in taxes hidden by criminal’s money laundering operations.
This recovered money will lower taxes for all honest Canadians.
These are countries where corrupt politicians, hide the bribes they take ,where criminals hide the money they steal, the countries where people and companies move money so they can avoid paying their fair share of taxes.
This is unfair to honest Canadians.
Pension fund money cannot be invested outside Canada.
All company pensions plan funding must be brought up to date and be fully funded. Companies will have one year to bring funding up to date.
All corporate and private pensions’ funds in Canada must be transferred to independent certified pension trust funds, or Canada pension plan.
These regulations will protect small businesses and consumers from corporate mismanagement.

Companies will not be allowed to close their operations when the employees form a union.
(Severe penalties and fines for the company that violates this rule.)
Fair and equal international trade rules.
Canada will not allow the importation of more goods from a country than what we sell to that country.
For example if a Nation exports $10 billion dollars in manufactured goods to Canada it will be required to purchase $10 billion dollars in manufactured goods from Canada. A nation failing to purchase Canadian goods will lose their right to sell to Canada.
Economic slavery.
All nations and producers of foreign made products being imported into Canada will be required to certify and verify at their expense the following.
The take-home pay of all workers whether they are factory or farm workers used in the production and transportation of items being exported to Canada must receive the equivalent of $8 per hour Canadian.
Guaranteed, Income Supplement.
This income supplement will be added to your current salary and will increase your minimum annual income level.
Income Supplement will guarantee a decent living for everyone while maintaining low consumer prices for all essential goods & services
All Government services will be directly funded by the Bank of Canada
Canada will withdraw from the W.TO. the I.M.F and the World bank.
Free trade agreements.
Canada will withdraw from all current free Trade Agreement agreements.
For example the U.S. violated the free Trade Agreement numerous times.
Free trade agreements are for the benefit and Profit of large corporations.
It destroys Canadian manufacturing and is a direct attack on the workers and unionized labour in this country
Remove all consumer, hidden taxes sales, tobacco and beer taxes.
The restructuring of how the government is financed will allow all the following changes to be made.
All the costs of modernizing the system will be directly funded by the Bank of Canada
The NNPP system will abolish all sales taxes, HST & PST, all taxes on gasoline, tobacco, beer, wine and property taxes, manufacturing taxes and hidden taxes on all goods and services produced in Canada.
This will put over 100 Billion dollars back into consumer pockets.

Foreign ownership.
Foreign citizen or corporation will not be allowed to purchase land or buildings or resources rights or stock in companies that own any of the fore mentioned.
Foreign individuals or companies that currently own real-estate, buildings, resource rights or stocks of companies that own these assets in Canada can only sell to Canadian citizens, landed immigrant or solely owned Canadian companies and business or government agencies.
All commercial, industrial agricultural and resource real estate, resource leases must be transferred to Canadian ownership within 3 years.
Residential real-estate when sold must be sold only to Canadian citizens or landed immigrants and must be transferred to Canadian ownership within 5 years.
Expand and modernize health care system and free prescription drugs, all dental, vision and hearing etc.
Health care, wellness, and anything that improves the health and care for Canadians will be covered by Health Care system.
We have free doctor visits but if you cannot buy the medicine you die.
Self treatment We will remove 90% of all prescription medicines from the prescription medicine list and homeopathic medicine.
This is for people who know what they need and do not want to go to a doctor. Reduce wait time etc. The doctors will bitch because they get paid every time you go. When drugs, are classed as prescription only the drug companies jack the price.
This will save the tax payers 10’s of billions per year.
All medicines sold in Canada will be by generic names only.
Saving consumers approximately $15 billion per year. This system does NOT cost tax payers anything.
Free child care (day care) services.
Incorporated in all elementary and middle school facilities will be a 24 hour 7 day a week child care facilities.
These centers will provide all aspects of care and education for children.
Schools make excellent facilities for child-care centers, presently they are used only six hours per day.
Some modifications and additions will be necessary and in some cases an additional facilities will be built.
All educational costs nationwide will be paid for by the federal government.
Administered, provincially and locally.
Total saving for the people and the Canadian economy approximately $19 billion.
Saving to parents $2 billion
Saving to welfare system$2 billion (parents will be free to join the labour force)
Saving to Canadian economy $8 billion. (In all social benefit costs such as health care etc.)

Legalize the sale of marijuana
Marijuana will be classified like tobacco with a few exceptions.
This will save Canadian tax payers and the economy and reduce the burden on the police, court and prison systems and save about 50 Billion dollars per year. This system does NOT cost tax payers anything. It is NOT about politics it is about the health and wellbeing of the people

Eliminate the 99% of all drug related crime and a permanent solution to the national drug addiction problems by providing what is normally an illegal drug free of charge to the addicted

Adding this type of drug treatment system in all clinics Nationwide will cost 1 billion dollars per year a 100/1 savings, we spend $1 we save $99.
A controlled treatment system and safe environment will provide free drugs to the addicted people.
By providing what is normally an illegal drug free of charge to the addicted who are afflicted they can get the professional help they need. It is 100 times less expensive to treat the people than to put drug addicts in prison.
The easiest way to put drug dealers, street gangs and organised crime gangs out of business is to supply their customers with drugs for free.
Canadians are cheap, why buy when you can get what you need for free.
The benefit to society for supplying drugs to the addicted eliminates the need for criminal behaviour.
The crime caused by drug addiction, for the most part will disappear.

FREE PUBLIC Transportation
A modern society cannot survive and prosper without the basic essential services, they are as important as food and air and must be free so all citizens have access. About 35% of the cost of operating public system is spent on the collecting, and management of the money not on providing service.
By making the service free it will save the public 100’s of millions of dollars per year, all citizens have access, reduce congestion and reduce pollution.
National transportation integrated system will save consumers and 10’s of billions of dollars per year
The integrated transportation system will be a fully funded Employee owned corporation.
This will prevent future governments from selling it to their friends and money men.
It’s yours to enjoy
Free access for everyone to, all public museums, parks, recreation centers, areas, exhibitions, libraries etc.
All public facilities will be open 10 days per week and 12 hours per day. (See the metric week)
This will give all Canadians access to all these facilities.
Currently most are closed by the time people finish work, so they never get a chance to use them and people are charge entry fees and free parking.
These facilities belong to you, the people.
They’re not the personal possessions of the government.
Free, education and retraining for everyone.
All job training, technical schools, colleges, universities and apprentice programs, will be free.
Not only the courses, but all books, computers, programs, everything necessary, for people to complete their training.
All Student loans will be forgiven.
Education and living allowance.
Everyone in career training, education and upgrading, apprentice programs and literacy education, will receive a living allowance of $30,000 per year.
People with dependants or children will receive an additional $5,000 per dependant.
All employees will receive up to one year leave of absence, during retraining and upgrading of their skills.
Upgrade and expand Higher Education Facilities.
Higher education facilities and job training facilities will be expanded nationwide.
New facilities will be added to service all remote communities
All services will be directly funded by the Bank of Canada
Real environmental protection that will save tax payers 160 billion dollars per year
Logical systems and solutions that cost’s the taxpayers nothing.
We will standardize packing in Canada. And change to reusable and biodegradable.
This will lower the cost of most consumer products and save consumers billions of dollars per year.
This will save 100’s of millions barrels of oil.
Reduce pollution by about 35%.
This will reduce about 4 billion pounds of garbage per year in Canada.
Reduce landfills by about 60%
All in environmentally damaging products will be removed from the marketplace immediately.
The cost related to environmental cleanup caused by these products will be at the expense of the company that produced these products and their stockholders.
The Department of Environment will be empowered to remove any product or any cleanup and apply fines to those who caused the damage or profited from the production, and can impose criminal penalties and jail terms.
Citizen Review Boards.
There will be one in every local regional provincial and national district. The purpose of this board will be to examine the performance of regulations, laws, all government agencies, employees, professionals and systems etc.
Free and democratic elections and voting age changes
Democracy is a system that can be bought easily.
Those with money buy political parties and politicians. The current system allows the rich to control the country;
Politicians almost always have their hands in the rich man's pockets.
The NNPP systems will take the money out of politics and put true democracy back in government.
All elections will be fully funded by the federal government whether federal, provincial, or municipal and all elected positions.
Any person wishing to run in an election must get 100 signatures of voters in their district to sign a petition of candidacy.
All candidates will receive a fixed number of minutes on the CBC network and vouchers for print advertising.
All registered political parties will receive a fixed number of minutes on the CBC network.
All candidates will receive the same amount without exception.
This is the only funds that will be allowed in political campaigns during the Election period.
No opinion polls can be published or broadcast during an election period.
All broadcast of political debates must include all registered political parties and all local candidates.
All registered political parties that have 2 or more candidates will have the same rights as any other larger party.

Voting age will be change to 16 years of age.
Young people are intelligent independent and very aware of the world around them.
Policies that affect the country affect the young more than the old; it is very simple they live longer.
The fair Parliament legislative voting system
The current system is unfair to the voting public.
A party that wins the most seats in parliament controls the vote even if it only got 39% of the popular vote.
The 2011 election is a good example of the problem.
The fair voting National Non Profit Party system will work like this.
There will be 1000 Parliament legislative votes; these will be the votes in parliament used to vote on legislation.
Each political party would get their share of the Parliament legislative votes based on the popular percentage of votes they received.
It is NOT about politics it is about the and well being of the people.

We will abolish the Governor General's office.
The money spent for this useless position would build 2 new hospital every year, three schools or five nursing homes.
Abolish the Senate.
This is a classic example of the old boy payoff.
Senators are appointed by the politically powerful as a reward to their friends.
They do nothing. They produce nothing. They waste your money.
Their sole interest is to protect the programs of the big parties and their money men.
This is an enormous waste of taxpayers' money and must stop now.
Politicians and high level bureaucrats should not live better than Canadians.
The Salaries of all Members of Parliament, elected officials or appointees will be capped at the Canadian average income.
All Members of Parliament, elected officials or appointees will not be allowed to own stock, be a consultant or hold a management position in any company or business that does or has done business with any Federal, Provencal, or municipal government or it’s agencies, for a period of 10 years after they leave office. The only exception will be persons working for an Employee owned company under new federal rules.
Total Government transparency.
Corrupt Governments keep secrets from the people.
All government information belongs to the people not just to the politicians and their friends!
All meetings', planning, decisions, strategy sessions, for all government agencies and departments, must be open to the public and media.
All meetings', federal, provincial, municipal, with foreign officials, governments, corporations or government agencies and departments will be opened to the public and media.
All of the above will be audio and video recorded and the record of those meeting will be made available to the public and media
on the national government information web site. Citizen Review Boards will oversee all operations.
The recording of meetings cannot be edited in any away.
Military
Cowards always send someone else to kill and die.
We will change the constitution to permanently prevent Canadian soldiers from been sent to war outside the country.
All Canadian soldiers will return to Canada immediately.
No more useless panty wipe, politicians sending men and women to kill and die.
So they and their wealthy friends can get rich off of the blood and death of others.
The battalion, of no, return.
If the, politicians and the talking heads want to go to war. This battalion will be consisted of all the politicians', political leaders, celebrities, talking heads (the spin doctors) who are not members of the Canadian Armed Forces or emergency services.
Upon their, public, statement of their desire to go to war.
They will be drafted, regardless of age, physical ability, sex, religion or wealth.
Once they made this public declaration they will be collected by the military and within seven days be put into basic training for two weeks, given that their weapon and provisions and will be sent off to war.
They will go alone;
They will not be accompanied by any Canadian military personnel under any circumstances.
If they want to go to war, then they should go and fight and die.
After they are all dead, those, who, have replaced the politicians and talking heads can decide if they want to die next
